Initial Evaluation

Every client begins with a comprehensive initial assessment to ensure we treat the cause, not just the symptoms.

The initial evaluation will consist of the following:
  • Discussion of history and goals
  • Assessment of pain and functional movement
  • Identify imbalances in strength, mobility and posture
  • Functional tests to identify strength, mobility, and posture imbalances
  • Setting a customized plan tailored to your specific goals and lifestyle

What to expect

Your first session will be an initial assessment which includes conversation about your history and goals, hands-on evaluation and functional testing, to identify imbalances in strength, mobility, and posture to find the root cause of your pain and limitations. This will help us tailor a plan to meet your specific goals and lifestyle demands.

Follow-up sessions are dedicated to executing that plan through targeted exercises, movement coaching, and manual therapy designed to keep you healthy long-term.

Your treatments may include

  • Functional strength and mobility training

  • Manual therapy

  • Neuromuscular re-education

  • Sport-or activity-specific rehab strategies

  • Dry Needling

  • Myofascial release

  • Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)

  • Cupping

Treatment Sessions

Your treatment should be as unique as you are. This is why your sessions are entirely dedicated to executing your customized plan through focused, one-on-one care.

Sessions will include a mix of:
  • Focused mobility, strength and postural training
  • Movement coaching for activity specific rehab
  • Manual therapy
During each session we evaluate your progress and adjust your routine every single visit to match your changing needs and build long-term, pain-free results.

Dry Needling

What is Dry Needling?

Dry Needling (DN) is a highly effective, medication-free treatment designed to relieve both acute and chronic. By inserting ultra-thin, sterile needles directly into "trigger points"—tight muscle spasms that cause localized or radiating pain—this technique releases deep tension and jumpstarts the body's natural healing process.

How It Works

Dry needling targets the root cause of muscle dysfunction through a simple, three-step physiological process:

  • Targeting Trigger Points: A physical therapist locates hyperirritable, tight bands of muscle tissue caused by injury, overuse, or poor movement patterns.

  • The "Twitch" Response: When the needle enters the trigger point, it often triggers a brief, involuntary muscle twitch. This reflex essentially "resets" the muscle, forcing it to instantly relax and release tightness.

  • Spurring a Healing Response: The needle creates a microscopic, controlled lesion. This signals the body to increase blood flow and naturally deliver healing cells to the affected area.

How It Helps You Move Better

We don’t just treat the symptom; we treat the entire body. By integrating dry needling with hands-on therapy and movement retraining, we accelerate your recovery. Deactivating active trigger points directly improves your healing time and reduces pain by:

  • Restoring Muscle Function: It improves the muscle's ability to stretch and relax, while retraining the brain to properly activate muscles and inhibit pain.

  • Relieving Tension: It decreases deep muscle tightness, which significantly reduces everyday pain, strain, and joint discomfort.

  • Boosting Circulation: It increases localized blood flow to the muscle tissue to speed up natural tissue repair.

Ideal For:

  • Pain & Injury: Chronic pain, sports injuries, and joint discomfort.

  • Tension & Recovery: Persistent muscle tightness and post-workout soreness.

  • Mobility Issues: Restricted movement, helping you move freely and with less pain.

StemWave

What is StemWave?

StemWave is a regenerative medicine technique that utilizes harmless, yet powerful acoustic waves to activate your body’s natural healing mechanisms. This new technology is designed to help patients with musculoskeletal conditions by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation. As a safe non-invasive option, it doesn’t require any downtime and has minimal or no side-effects.
  • FDA listed

  • Safe & effective

  • Fast & efficient treatments

  • Affordable treatment option

Common Treatment Areas

StemWave’s versatility makes it a great option for a wide-variety of patients and conditions. And has shown to be an effective alternative to surgery, injections or medications.

  • Neck & Back Conditions

  • Upper Extremities (Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist)

  • Lower Extremities (Knee, Ankle, Foot)

  • Soft Tissue Injuries (Muscles, Tendons, Ligaments)

What Are the Benefits of StemWave Technology?

StemWave is a non-invasive, drug-free treatment for pain and inflammation that delivers results without surgery, medication, or major side effects. Treatments take less than 10 minutes and are offered at an affordable price that is more cost-effective than surgery or injections.

  • Improves circulation

  • Decreases inflammation

  • Promotes natural healing

  • Alleviates/relieves aches and pains

  • 5-10 minute treatment times

  • Non-invasive & drug-free

What to Expect

Depending on the diagnosis or treatment area, each visit averages around 10-15 minutes. At the time of the treatment, a gel is applied to the surface of the area. The StemWave applicator is applied to the treatment area, delivering focused waves. This treatment is non-invasive and does not require anesthesia or numbing creams.

Care plans commonly range between 8-12 sessions. Patients typically experience significant improvement after 3-4 treatments; however, we often see a noticeable improvement after the first treatment. Subsequent treatments that follow will offer continual improvement and sustained results.
